Treatments

Clinical and therapeutic treatments tailored to your body, your symptoms and your goals.

Injury & Pain Treatment

  • Sports Massage: A clinical treatment using a combination of deep and soft tissue techniques depending on your needs. Techniques may include myofascial release, METs, trigger point therapy, stretching, mobilisation, and taping to reduce pain and improve movement.
  • Myofascial Release: Slow, targeted techniques working through the fascia (connective tissue) to release restrictions, reduce tension, and restore natural movement patterns.
  • Cupping Therapy:  Suction-based techniques to lift tissue, improve circulation, and release tight muscles and fascia. Often combined with massage for enhanced results.
  • Table Thai Yoga:  Fully clothed treatment combining assisted stretching, mobilisation, and pressure techniques to improve flexibility, posture, and overall movement.

Relaxation & Recovery

  • Swedish Massage:  Flowing massage techniques to reduce muscle tension and promote relaxation. Pressure is adapted to suit you.
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Gentle, rhythmical techniques that  stimulate the lymphatic system, helping reduce swelling and support the body's natural healing processes.
  • Pregnancy Massage: Carefully adapted for each stage of pregnancy, focusing on comfort and support while relieving tension in the lower back, hips and shoulders.
  • Hot Stone Massage: Heated stones allow deeper work into the muscles without excessive pressure, helping ease tension, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation.
  • Gua Sha Body Massage: Specialist tools work through the muscles and connective tissue to release tight areas, improve circulation, and support lymphatic flow.
  • Wood Therapy Massage: Wooden tools apply targeted pressure to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, helping reduce fluid retention, improve tissue tone, and release deeper muscular tension.

Reflexology

  • Foot (Duopody): Advanced reflexology working both feet simultaneously to support balance across the body's systems.
  • Hand: Focused work on reflex points in the hands to support relaxation and nervous system balance.
  • Aromareflex: Reflexology combined with tailored essential oil blends to enhance relaxation and therapeutic effect.
  • Facial (Ziggie Bergman Method): Specialised facial reflexology supporting hormonal balance, stress relief, and sinus function.

Facial Therapy (A blend of clinical and therapeutic techniques focusing on muscle tension, fascia, and nervous system regulation - not just the skin)

  • Holistic facial: Gentle, rhythmical techniques working across the face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands to release tension, stress, and support overall wellbeing.
  • Gua Sha & Facial Cupping: Combines specialist tools to encourage lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, improve circulation and release facial tension.
  • Functional Facial:  Hands-on techniques (without oils) allow deeper work into the tissues, helping release tension in the face, jaw, and head. Ideal for tightness, jaw discomfort, and headaches.
  • Scalp massage: Focused work through the scalp, neck and head to release tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.
